Sherman Associates, in collaboration with the City of Westminster and local franchisee Henry Lee, has officially begun construction on Red Lotus Den, a distinctive food and entertainment concept set to open at the Aspire Apartments (5815 West 89th Avenue) in Downtown Westminster. This project marks a major step forward in enhancing the area’s offerings, bringing seven restaurants with a curated collection of chef-inspired dishes spanning Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, and more. Red Lotus Den, occupying two floors spanning 15,000 square feet, is estimated to open in summer 2026.
